Filing a Claim with BIMA


PRIVACY NOTICE: The personal data being collected from you will only be used to process your Insurance claim and other related purposes. All personal data will be kept secure and confidential unless otherwise authorized by law. Only authorized personnel to process claims has access to your personal data. They will be disposed of as soon as the purpose of their processing has been achieved. BIMA respects your rights under the Data Privacy Act. You may invoke any such rights in relation to our processing of your personal data. If you have any clarifications or questions relative to privacy and data protection, you may contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@milvik.se.

To file a claim,

1. Please email customerservice@bima.ph to report your concern.

2. Ask for a Claims Form from customer service.at 09186633248.

3. Fill out all the necessary information required. You may be required to add some attachments of identification and other documents via email.

4. Send all required IDs and documents via attachment back to customerservice@bima.ph. for processing and approval of claims.
